In 475 \u2013 525<\/span> words, please submit an essay on the following prompt:\u00a0Some students stay home during Spring Break. Others take the opportunity to travel to another place. What if you could actually travel back in time for a week? At what point in history would you go, who would you see, what would you do, and why did you choose that particular time? <\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Who can apply?<\/p>\n

This scholarship is for students in the 9th grade and above living in the following areas: Alvin ISD, Clear Creek ISD, Deer Park ISD, Dickinson ISD, Friendswood ISD, Galveston ISD, Hitchcock ISD, LaPorte ISD, Pasadena ISD, Pearland ISD and Texas City ISD. Applicants may attend public, private, or home schools.<\/p>\n
